At Kaviro, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the seasonal nature of our products and the high demand during the holiday period, all sales are final. Please read the policy below carefully before making a purchase.


No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges

Kaviro does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Dissatisfaction with size, color, or appearance

  • Seasonal timing (product arriving after a holiday or event)

  • Shipping delays or courier issues

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper setup

All purchases are final once the order has been placed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement review, you must provide:

  • Photos or videos of the damage

  • Clear images of the full product and the packaging

  • Your order number and name

After reviewing the evidence, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Kaviro is not liable for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address

  • Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address entry

  • Reshipping fees for incorrect addresses


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed, as they begin processing immediately.
