3. Order Processing & Shipping
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be processed automatically. Shipping times may vary depending on demand, holiday seasons, and carrier delays. Kaviro is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Kaviro is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
All sales are final.
Kaviro does not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Dissatisfaction with size, color, or overall appearance

  • Shipping delays

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. Eligible cases may receive a replacement at our discretion, but no refunds will be issued.
